About Owner
We have owned this beautiful Algarve villa since 2002 and lived here for the eight years until our children reached university age. With two young children who have grown into young adults, we can say that there is something for everyone in this area of the Algarve. We didn’t realise how good the location actually was when we bought the villa.
Why This Property?
We originally wanted to buy a villa in Vale do Lobo and we paid a deposit on a villa in the tennis valley. Subsequently, an estate agent friend of ours mentioned he had a villa in Vale do Garrao that he thought we should view before we settled for the villa in Vale do Lobo. When we looked at this we just looked at each other because we both knew that this was the one for us. We hope you like it as much as we do.

You will enjoy particularly the privacy of this property which is not overlooked on any side. The location is also worth mentioning, lying in the Golden Triangle, it is convenient to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil.

The villa has been modernised and is maintained to an exceptionally high standard so there is no tired decor like so many of the other villas.
The last thing is that kids love spending hours playing on the slide into the large private pool and on the table tennis table.
